February News: Land Internet Marketing

Posted by  //

First of all, I’d like to apologize for the blog inactivity over the past month. With so many people taking us up on the real estate website specials we offered in December (and, admittedly, doing a significant amount of hunting), we’ve had so much going on that it’s been difficult to find time to make posts! Here’s a look at what we’ve had going on:

Kansas Land Brokers Launched

Back in December, KansasLandBrokers.com (a semi-custom website) was launched, replacing their former Wordpress-backed site with the LandHub backend. How has this helped them? Find out in the Kansas Land Brokers Case Study I’ve just posted. Now that their site is live, here’s what Marisa Morgan Dallman, owner of Kansas Land Brokers has to say:

“This is going to be great and definitely the type of site I was looking for.”
“I am so happy; this looks great!”
– Marisa Morgan Dallman, Owner

Greenwood Springs Plantation Completes First Season Offering Paid Hunts

In November, we launched GreenwoodSpringsPlantation.com, creating a web presence for the 850-acre, family-owned hunting camp in Baldwin County, AL. Prior to this hunting season, Greenwood Springs Plantation was meticulously managed and hunted only by a very small number of camp members. This season, it was marketed for the first time as one of the few hunting camps offering paid hunts in south Alabama. How did it go? Every weekend that hunts were offered was booked. Even more intriguing is the fact that the only form of promotion that took place was free online classifieds, and, of course, a ridiculously-effective website.

“Every single booking came from online.”
– Larry Wallace, Co-Founder

In The Works

This certainly isn’t everything that we’ve got going on at the present moment, but it’s everything I have time to cover on this Super Bowl Sunday morning (as a Gulf Coast native, I'd like to include a "Who Dat?!"). I will, however, provide a sneak peek at both some recently- and nearly-completed projects.

Pearson Real Estate

Pearson Real Estate

Pearson Real Estate, a Buffalo, Wyoming-based real estate agency specializing in ranches and recreational acreages, approached us in December seeking an overhaul to their online marketing strategy. LandHub.com has been able to help them substantially and I don't believe they could be happier in the direction things are going. Once the site goes live, I'll write a case study outlining our approach, but in the meantime, here's what Pearson Real Estate is already saying about our real estate website content management system, the LandHub Console™:

"I can't tell you how pleased I am with the ease and flexibility your management system... Everything has been pretty self-explanatory so far..."
– Cheryl Summer, Pearson Real Estate

Conecuh Timber, Inc.

Conecuh Timber, Inc. is a Monroeville, Alabama-based real estate and timber company. Look for their new website going live soon!

Advanced Habitat System

The Advanced Habitat System is a joint-venture between Rod White Land and Game and LandHub.com. While we haven’t made the official launch announcement yet, you can get an early look at this industry-changing concept by visiting AdvancedHabitatSystem.com. I might get in a little trouble for breaking the news a little early… but I’m incredibly excited about the way this project has turned out. We’ve put in months of work to create this logo, brand, and website and I’m personally extremely proud of it! Stay tuned for more in-depth posts on both the brand/website development and the system itself.

In closing…

I wanted to include a screenshot of a Google search showing some highly-coveted placement that one of our first LandHub.com clients is enjoying.
