As we all know, over 82% or people use search engines to locate and research property before they make a purchase. In order to take advantage of these online queries you must get you and your company listings and information in front of these folks. To do this effectively you need a solid online strategy that consists of more then putting your listings on an online listing site. Though online listing sites are important, especially for those with no organic search engine results, often you end up using your listings to attract active searches to an online listing site that contains 1000’s of other listings...including your competitors.

This past week, Rod White, Olympic Gold Medalist, professional hunter and LandAndGame.com Founder, once again accomplished the seemingly impossible by selling the renowned Ron Skoronsky farm in eight weeks.

Quick note...I recently met up with LandandGame.com's Rod White for a meeting at one of their Legacy Properties in North Dakota. While there we got in some fantastic duck hunting and I got to watch this Olymipic Gold Medal archer try his hand at duck hunting...it was pretty funny.
