Though the 2009 year is winding down, we’re seeing the hunting action, and rural & recreational land for sale industry, heat up. Unfortunately, we’ve been too busy to get out do any ourselves... other than a duck hunt at the North Dakota Legacy Property that resulted in a banded Gadwall.

$10.5M Iowa Property Sells in 8 Weeks, Receives 4 Offers

During this time of doom and gloom there shines a few nuggets of hope for the rural and recreational land agents. This past week, Rod White, Olympic Gold Medalist, professional hunter and LandAndGame.com Founder, once again accomplished the seemingly impossible by selling the renowned Ron Skoronsky farm in eight weeks.

Land For Sale - 100,000 + acres

Quick note...I recently met up with LandandGame.com's Rod White for a meeting at one of their Legacy Properties in North Dakota.  While there we got in some fantastic duck hunting and I got to watch this Olymipic Gold Medal archer try his hand at duck hunting...it was pretty funny.  To our surprise, we managed to harvest a banded Gadwal on the second day.  Look for LandandGame.com's new site and some footage of the hunt being put out through Illusions Systems.
