First of all, I’d like to apologize for the blog inactivity over the past month. With so many people taking us up on the real estate website specials we offered in December (and, admittedly, doing a significant amount of hunting), we’ve had so much going on that it’s been difficult to find time to make posts! Here’s a look at what we’ve had going on:

Kansas Land Brokers Launched

Back in December, KansasLandBrokers.com (a semi-custom website) was launched, replacing their former Wordpress-backed site with the LandHub backend. How has this helped them? Find out in the Kansas Land Brokers Case Study I’ve just posted. Now that their site is live, here’s what Marisa Morgan Dallman, owner of Kansas Land Brokers has to say:

“This is going to be great and definitely the type of site I was looking for.” “I am so happy; this looks great!” – Marisa Morgan Dallman, Owner ...

Though the 2009 year is winding down, we’re seeing the hunting action, and rural & recreational land for sale industry, heat up. Unfortunately, we’ve been too busy to get out do any ourselves... other than a duck hunt at the North Dakota Legacy Property that resulted in a banded Gadwall.

First of all, a huge congratulations to Rod White and the LandandGame.com team for executing the sale of the renowned Ron Skoronski Signature BNC Ultimate Whitetail Farm.... in only 8 weeks of being on the market!! This is a true Lifestyle Investment Property™, combining a quality business investment with world class recreational pursuits. This could quite possibly be the best transaction of the year.

At LandHub.com, we’re focused on building our clients' online brand by providing quality products and the best service to those folks involved with rural land sales and those who have quality products related to rural & recreational land. To effectively do this we limit our focus to a select group of rural & recreational land clients.  This does not mean the firm or agent has to be the largest in their respective state, but it does mean they have to provide a certain caliber  of products and services to their clients. To that end, LandHub.com would like welcome, and introduce a few of our new partners.

Land For Sale - 100,000 + acres

Quick note...I recently met up with LandandGame.com's Rod White for a meeting at one of their Legacy Properties in North Dakota.  While there we got in some fantastic duck hunting and I got to watch this Olymipic Gold Medal archer try his hand at duck hunting...it was pretty funny.  To our surprise, we managed to harvest a banded Gadwal on the second day.  Look for LandandGame.com's new site and some footage of the hunt being put out through Illusions Systems.

Now to the business information....Betonya recently did an inventory of rural & recreational land that's currently being marketed through LandHub.com clients.  At the time of the inventory there were more then 100,000 acres of quality hunting land, agricutural land, timber land, recreational property, and general investment properties sp...
