Estimated Approx. 10 million Plus tons FDOT quality road base material.
25 acres ready to start mining after mitigation. The seller has the plans for mitigation.

As per Katy Collins, Fl Department of Environmental Protection, Permits were approved and the MPUD shall remain in effect for the life of both Environmental Resource Permit and the Department of Army Permit and is TRANSFERABLE , with the following two conditions:

Any proposed permittee can demonstrate real property interest
Any permittee must demonstrate that they have the means to cover the financial assurance for the cost of mitigation.
This permit will expire in 2030 with the availability of and extension. The details for both above listed requirements can be found in the applicants Handbook Volume 1.


Creative Environmental Solutions Inc analyzed 11 core hole samples. The analysis stated that Limestone was encountered in all of the core holes and persisted to total depth in every location. The limestone varied in degree of soft, medium, hard and contained very little impurities. The analysis also stated that in his professional opinion the deposit has very high potential for the production of road base that will meet FDOT specifications. Core log available upon request.

This track is tremendously advantageous for the direct benefit for its actual proximity to any future and on going projects for 589 Route Sun Coast Pkwy and the Sabal Trail Pipelines. The CSX Railroad runs East from existing pipelines and is on the North side of the said property.

Sabal Trail Pipelines current project runs West to East along the said property. Current Pipeline supplies to Duke Energy.

Originally the project was to end at Dunnellen Rd and N Suncoast Blvd (Hwy 19) and proposed completion in 2020. As of to date the completion to highway 44 is 2023. Currently the last step to the 589 project is not funded.
