There is approximately 60 acres of higher ground with decent stands of pines. With a little work, with a bulldozer or mulching machine, shooting lanes could be put in for stands or ground blinds for hunting.

There is a deeded right of way to the property that is shared with a couple of adjoining land owners. This is definitely a rural setting and is great for someone looking to get away from the crowded city life. It is possible that the higher ground could have an area that will perk but a soil test would have to be done to confirm.
