PROJECT OVERVIEW:

This project consists of a 108,464-square-foot (2.49-acre) site to be improved with a full-service, destination resort lodging facility. The plans provide a pathway for a superior hotel that will be a spectacular destination resort on beautiful Table Rock Lake.

The current status of the project is just getting underway and the construction site has been improved with a four-story elevator shaft, concrete-block perimeter wall, and stone retaining-wall on the north side of the site. The contributory value of these improvements are combined with applicable building and development permits, water front site location, and building plans designed to complete a legacy project on one of Missouri’s most desirable destination lake areas just south of Branson, Missouri.
