The Newman Farmland Auction will offer 336.94 +/- acres of prime Class A farmland in four tracts, located 2 miles south of Newman, Illinois. Tract 4 will be surveyed and sold based upon surveyed acres. There is open tenancy for the 2025 crop year.

The farm will be offered in a Virtual Online-Only Auction by the "Choice & Privilege" auction method on February 11th, 10:00 AM. Bids can be made online by registering through the First Mid Ag Service’s mobile app or firstmidag.bidwrangler.com. Prebidding will be available between January 28th and February 11th with the Live Call beginning at 10 AM, February 11th.
