Property values in Belen and Valencia County are likely to see a boost due to the upcoming construction of a Facebook data center in Los Lunas (15 minutes outside of Belen). In addition, Los Lunas was recently awarded a federal grant to build water infrastructure out to its new Bnsf Central Rail Park.
