MANNER OF SALE:  This Property will be sold in one Tract of 160 acres.

TERMS: 10% down day of sale payable by personal check, corporate check, or cash at contract signing. The balance is due at Closing payable cash, electronic fund transfer funds, certified check, savings and loan teller’s check, and cashier’s check (Good Funds). The Closing is not contingent on Buyer’s financing. Any financing should be arranged prior to bidding.
