This farm is available to produce for the Pilgrims Athens Complex which grows a five pound bird on a 40 day grow time. The houses were built in 2007. The cash flow projection for Pilgrims Premium Plus pay is $231,500 annually. The farm has 84,000 square feet total 50x560 houses.
The farm has 72+/- acres with some being open land and some in timber. There is a possibility for expansion of the poultry farm. The farm has a deeded easement for access a short distance then the ingress road is on the farm. There are multiple home sites for you to consider.
