Carroll Harrod is a real estate professional, Navy veteran, and lifelong outdoorsman based in Jacksonville, North Carolina. He lives with his family on a suburban micro-homestead where they raise chickens, ducks, honey bees, fruits, and vegetables using practical, low-input growing methods. Carroll’s connection to land is personal. Outside of real estate, he spends his time working around the homestead, tending bees, improving habitat, and hunting deer and bear when the season comes around. His background in military service, firefighting, emergency medical services, and real estate investing gives him a practical, service-minded approach to helping clients. Since starting in real estate in 2014, Carroll has focused on helping people buy and sell homes, land, acreage, recreational property, and homestead-friendly places across Eastern North Carolina. Carroll believes the best way to serve clients is to understand their goals, their resources, and the life they are trying to build, then help them find a clear path forward.
