Patty is a Real Estate Salesperson and, more importantly, is Timberland Realty\'s office administrator. She was born and raised in Western New York on a family owned and operated dairy farm so she knows hard work and is not afraid to get her boots dirty like some in the real estate business. She thoroughly covers the ground on every property she lists and sells. As a life-long resident of Western New York she knows the area well, specializing in recreational property, camps, cabins, waterfront, farm properties and vacant land throughout Chautauqua County. She enjoys her time in the outdoors camping, hiking and traveling.
