Zach Monroe

About

As a Maine native, Zach has spent most of his life working and recreating in Maine\'s great outdoors. Zach comes from a long line of Maine sportsman and began exploring the state\'s wild places as a young child. He took this passion to a professional level by becoming a Registered Maine hunting and fishing guide. Zach went on to earn a Bachelor\'s degree in forest resources and spent several years working throughout the western United States and Alaska in land management and wildland firefighting. Zach returned home to work as a Maine Forest Ranger, where he provides forest protection for all of Maine and is entrusted to guard about 1 million acres daily.Zach is also a licensed pilot and can often be found flying his 1941 Taylorcraft antique airplane throughout the backwoods strips of northern Maine. He enjoys spending time at his family\'s camp in the Grand Lakes region and exploring the area woods and waters in pursuit of Maine\'s many recreational opportunities. Zach offers his knowledge and passion for the Maine outdoors, coupled with his work ethic and predisposition for service to others, to help connect clients with that perfect Maine property they have been seeking.
