Cabin Site Features: This tract features a 2 bed/2 bath cabin with power, water, & septic. The cabin also features a bunk room for your buddy hunts. During the rut there have been 17 different bucks spotted in one hunt along with 4 does. Standing on the front porch of the cabin it is not uncommon to see multiple groups of deer in the first food plot that is visible from the cabin throughout the mornings and afternoons. It is worth noting that all of the whitetail deer hanging in the cabin were taken off of this tract. Turkey & hogs have also been taken off of the property over the years. There are 5 food plot areas on this tract on the outskirts of the replanted pine areas. 100 +/- acres were replanted in pines back in 2016. There is a road system that will lead you from the cabin to the back of the tract, as well as a few split off roads. The road system as a whole will need a little TLC but is easily navigable by ATV. There are plenty of oppurtunities to implement more road sytems and food plot areas as the potential buyer sees fit. This tract offers some of the best bedding area around for whitetails.
