The barn is a climate controlled, remodeled horse barn that has a lower and upper level. The upper area serves as a reception area and is furnished with tables and chairs. The main floor of the barn is 4,032 sq. ft. plus an open-air lean-to on the east side. There are two half bathrooms inside the barn. There is also a walk-in cooler inside the barn. The basement of the home has an area for the bride and bridesmaid to get ready and the barn has a room where the groom and groomsmen can get ready. There are currently weddings booked through 2022. The new owner will need to honor all current reservations and all the deposits will transfer to the new owner.
