Nolen Estate Of Claiborne Parish, 36 Acres +/-

The Nolen Estate tract of Claiborne Parish just 3.75 miles from Weldon, LA and a short drive north of Highway 2. This tract consists of a 20 year old well stocked pine plantation ready to be thinned. This thinning would allow for a small return upon buying this tract. Access to this tract is good with an improved well road that enters the tract from the north and exits near the southeast corner. The managed pine plantation would allow for excellent hunting possibilities on this tract.
