Immaculate 3br 2ba Home/Camp On Lake Bruin

Immaculate is the best word to describe this property. The home was built in 1988 and has been updated regularly. Originally board and batten was removed when remodeled and replaced with hardy board. In 1998 a neat shop was added. Both roofs were replaced in 2021. Between the hardy board and newer roofs this place will be virtually maintenance free. New pier poles have been added to the nice pier with boat house and lift. The owner is in the process of re-decking the walkway and other needed surface board. This property is on the north end of Lake with deep water and has a rock seawall. The view of the lake here is magnificent. It is also only .7 a mile from Hwy 65 halfway between St. Joseph and Newellton and less than 30 miles to Interstate 20 at Tallulah. It includes a double carport with beautiful landscaping between the carport and shop and the home. The home has an open floor with modern kitchen and appliances to a fine living area with a beautiful fireplace in the center of great views of the lake. The counter top made of fine wood and are absolutely gorgeous.
