OFFERING
The sale includes the assets, equipment, operating interests, and future bookings associated with the outfitting opportunity described in this offering.
The Forest Service authorization is subject to all terms and conditions of the existing Special Use Permit and applicable Forest Service requirements. The permit itself is a federal license and does not convey an interest in real property. Any change in ownership or control is subject to the Forest Service’s requirements, including its provisions regarding issuance of a new authorization to an acquiring party.
Prospective purchasers should independently verify permit status, authorized uses, service-day allocations, assigned sites, future bookings, and Forest Service requirements applicable to the acquisition.
