Commercial Development Site!

Seeking proposals for new construction of commercial, residential, or mixed-use development. Residential proposals must include a minimum of 1/3 market rate units. Currently five parcels, will total 1.42 acre development site. Proposals must include description of project, floor plans, elevations, site plan, and total project budget including cost of demolition of existing structure. Proof and source of funds required to cover cost of total development project. Community engagement for support of proposed project will be required.
