Ready To Hunt Recreational Property

This is a hunting property that is ready to hunt. Everything is already here. Perfect little cabin with plenty of beds for a small party. Several hunting blinds are on property and will stay. When the grandkids got old enough to go to the field Grandpa became a hunting guide and it has paid off very well for him. This has been an excellent property for the kids to learn how to hunt on. Acreage is just 78 miles from Tulsa and 85 miles from OKC Metro with a good population of deer and turkey. There are three Ponds that attract waterfowl (except during this drought) on their own but will need a little encouragement to get them to stay. Easy access from Highway 9 with a mostly paved road to the entry. Why do they want to sell you ask? Another larger property closer to home. No showings over the Thanksgiving Holidays because the grandkids will be in the blinds unless you hurry up then you can be in those blinds.
