The productive cropland soils under the CREP and non-irrigated cropland are 76% Class II Keith and Keith & Blackwood silt loams with 0-3% slopes and 24% Class III & IV Bridget and Ulysses silt loams with 3-9% slopes.

The upland bird hunting is excellent on the CREP habitat. There is an electric stock well in the northern portion of the CREP for future use when grazing crop residue.

The CREP Portion of the property is currently enrolled into the Nebraska Game and Parks Open Fields and Waters program for public walk-in hunting. This contract pays a total of $539.30 ($10/ac)
