Peoples Company is pleased to be representing the Shirley Morgan Family Trust in the sale of 105.55 acres m/l located north of Dallas Center, Iowa. Offered as two tracts, these farms boast nearly 100% tillable soils and lie within the sphere of influence of the Des Moines Metropolitan Area. These two tracts will be offered on a price-per-acre basis via Public Auction and will take place on Thursday, October 8th, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. The auction location will be determined at a later date. The farm will be sold as two separate tracts using the "Buyer's Choice" auction method, where the high bidder can take, in any order, one or both tracts for their high bid. "Buyer's Choice" auctioning will continue until both tracts have been purchased and removed from the auction. Tracts will not be offered in their entirety at the conclusion of the auction. This auction can also be viewed through a Virtual Online Auction option, and online bidding will be available.
