Three Lots In The Hills

The hills above the village of Unadilla are home to some of the most dramatic, long views in Otsego County. On offer are three adjoining lots in a quiet residential area just off Ideuma Road in those hills. Wooded and level at the road, but with some slope in the interior area to add interest, these three lots command over a thousand feet of road frontage and offer complete privacy if you site your building well. The road is paved, it's just about ten minutes to the center of Unadilla. Sellers used it for hunting but it would make a lovely setting for a year round home. Lot 8.07 is 5.84 acres and goes back more than 800' with 300' of road frontage. Lots 8.08 and 8.09 are 2.75 and 2.61 acres, and extend down to the corner and around, with 882' of road frontage, extending back to meet lot 8.07 with a depth of 267'. Each lot is available separately, but all three together provide a perfect site for a country home with privacy without isolation. Seller has put a price on this package that should mean they're not available for long.
