Directions to Farm: From Hwy 8 & E740 Rd (south of Hitchcock) go 1.5 miles east to property location on North side of the road, watch for sign. Or, From N2630 Rd & E720 Rd go 2 miles south to property location on west side of the road.

This property consists of 136± acres, with a good balance of cultivation and grass. The County FSA office reports 91.69 acres of cropland with the balance being in grass pasture. There is permanent fencing surrounding the property, as well as a metal framed shed and livestock pens with a Ritchie waterer.
