Conveniently located on the edge of Winterset City limits and less than 30 minutes from the Des Moines Metro, tracts of this caliber and location rarely come to the open market. The Public Auction will be held on Friday, October 4th, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST at Union State Bank in Winterset, Iowa.
