159 Wooded Acres Of Wildlife Habitat And Scenic Trails!

This is not your average wooded tract of land. It has been managed for deer, turkey, quail, and other small game extensively for the last ten years, but only hunted by the owner and his father. Extensive trail system throughout with hardwoods as well as open food plot and salt lick areas. If your family loves exploring, you'll love the rock cliff area complete with caves near its border on Mud Creek, a tributary near the Green River at Mining City. The property has road frontage on Provo Road, (highway 1117), a well known area for all things outdoors. The nearby Provo community is a small family farming community situated along the Green River. If you're looking for a place for you and your family to call home, these larger tracts are becoming increasingly hard to find, and you won't be disappointed with this one.
