Olive Branch Mini Farm - 16 Acres

Olive Branch Mini Farm is 16 +/- wooded acres in Butler County, about 9.5 driving miles southeast of Georgiana. The property has paved frontage on Wesley Chapel Road, a gated entrance, rolling terrain, interior trails, and a cleared opening. The land has a mix of pine and hardwoods, and power and water are available at the road. This property would be a great fit for a small hunting place, an RV getaway, a camp house, or a future homestead. Deer and turkey hunting are both part of the appeal, while the existing trails make it easier to move around and enjoy the land. The deed covenants prohibit commercial mobile-home and RV parks.
