160.00 Acres At 0 170th Road

This grassland and pasture tract lies just southeast of Chanute, KS and is ready for cattle, horses or other animals, consisting of good fences and great ponds. Part of the acreage has been historically cut for hay, with the balanced being grazed. Utilities are available and it only lies one mile from a paved road, making it a nice opportunity for a home site or hobby farm as well. This area is also great for hunting, with some perimeter trees providing cover and travel corridors for deer. The ponds will also sometimes hold ducks, providing occasional hunting opportunities for waterfowl. Two gas wells are also present on the property, providing a little extra income and a good interior road. There are no active leases on the pasture, so this piece is available for immediate possession with the ability to turn cows loose upon closing.
