Please consider our 161-acre off-grid hunting Property off of Moreno Hill Rd 35A, west of Fence Lake, approximately 5 to 6 miles. This property should qualify for an Elk Tag. Some nice Mule deer bucks roam the area as well. This property offers mature pinion trees, lots of Juniper, and has a very large grassy meadow. Nice views as well. The property has a huge Metal Barn, approx 80' by 40' with 15' ceilings. Finish building the Barn out, and you have a great place to stay. Needs concrete floor. NO HOA!! NO CCRs. Property appears to be fenced. Property borders 640 acres of State Land in the back. Water Storage Tank with limited well. I sold the property across the road, and they had really good Elk hunting-see photos. Bring your Toys! Please consider using ON-X mapping app to find the property's corners.
