18 Acres Of Country Living & Recreation Just Outside Exira!

This one is more than an acreage-it's your own private playground! Located on a hard-surface road just outside of Exira, this 18-acre property offers an incredible combination of recreation, wildlife, and comfortable country living. Spend your days fishing in the pond, floating the property's own lazy river, practicing your swing on the driving range, enjoying the shooting range, or exploring the walking paths throughout the acreage. Deer and other wildlife are frequent visitors, making this a truly special setting. Or, easily convert it to pasture if that's more your thing. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath home features an updated kitchen and bathrooms, including one with a tiled walk-in shower and another with a heated Jacuzzi tub. A large wrap around deck gives you plenty of room to relax, entertain, and take in the peaceful surroundings. And, let's talk about the 60x40' shed built in 2023! It offers a 3-car garage plus a man cave area that could be used for a variety of things on the main level, and a second story (30x40') that could be finished into additional living quarters or whatever suits your needs.
