Cabin With 2 Ponds On 18 Acres In The Finger Lakes Region In Springwater NY Schribner Rd

Beautiful recreational retreat with a cabin and two ponds on 18 acres in the Finger Lakes Region in Springwater NY, Livingston County.

This exceptional property has served as a private family retreat for several years.  A 14-by-32-foot, one-room cabin overlooks the pond, while a small bunk-bathhouse sits within walking distance.  The property also offers ample space for additional campers.  The bathhouse is somewhat unconventional. The toilet and septic system function well, but neither they nor the on-demand hot-water shower are connected to the nearby pond-fed waterline.

The property is thoughtfully laid out with a pleasant trail leading to a secluded second pond.  Both stocked ponds offer excellent fishing, and the land is home to abundant deer and other wildlife.  There is a raised-bed garden behind the cabin.

The property is accessed by a driveway shared with two other families.  Electricity is available on-site, and the cabin is wired.  A converted 1920s propane cookstove serves as the cabin’s centerpiece.

This recreational property is ready to bring years of enjoyment to its next owners.  The seller will provide the existing survey.
