PROJECT OVERVIEW:

This project consists of a 108,464-square-foot (2.49-acre) site with plans to become a full-service, destination resort lodging facility. The plans provide a pathway for a superior hotel that will be a spectacular destination resort on beautiful Table Rock Lake.

The current status of the project is just getting underway and the construction site has been improved with a four-story elevator shaft, concrete-block perimeter wall, and stone retaining-wall on the north side of the site.
