Bring Your Horses, Your Ropes, And Your Plans!

Bring your horses, your ropes, and your plans! Situated on approximately 2 acres just off Highway 16, this property offers a great opportunity for anyone looking for a place to live and enjoy the things they love. The 140'X140' barn is currently being used for calf roping and is covered on the north and west sides. A tack room provides a convenient place to keep your gear, while the wood-burning stove helps take the chill off when the cooler weather rolls in. Whether you're practicing your roping or spending time with friends and family, there's plenty of room to make it your own. The 2-bedroom 1-bathroom mobile home gives you a place to settle in and start enjoying the property right away. You could make it your home or live on-site while planning a custom home of your own. Come take a look and imagine the possibilities!
