Property Description
Nestled in the scenic Rim Rock Tracts of Crockett County, Tschoerner Draw Ranch is a remarkable 200-acre recreational property offering an exceptional blend of rugged beauty, abundant wildlife, and turnkey hunting amenities. With approximately 70% draw flats and 30% hills and bluffs, this ranch lives much larger than its acreage and provides a true West Texas ranch experience.
The ranch boasts nearly 210 feet of elevation change, creating breathtaking views, dramatic draws, and ideal locations for hunting blinds overlooking the terrain favored by Fallow and Axis deer. Positioned on the far southeast side of the Rim Rock Tracts, vehicle traffic through this tract is limited, enhancing the privacy and tranquility of the property.
Tschoerner Draw Ranch borders a larger 400-acre Rim Rock tract and shares its northeastern fence line with the expansive 20,000-acre Miller Ranch, adding to the sense of seclusion and providing a natural wildlife corridor. The property has been lightly hunted, preserving its strong wildlife population and making it a prime destination for sportsmen.
