3r Ranch

Welcome to the 3R Ranch, the ranch is located South of Encampment Wyoming off HWY 230 , which offers tremendous year round access. The ranch consists of 1701+/- Deed Acres, and 670+/- acres of BLM which is leased by the sellers. This makes the 3R Ranch 2371+/- of contiguous rare to market acres. The local resident heard of deer always seems to have bucks stretching the tap into the 190+ range. The annual migration of deer pushing out of the summer range brings bucks to the valley that exceed 200+ inches on a yearly bases. Late season elk hunting can be amazing as the heard pushes onto the ranch to winter range. Antelope on the IK can range between 72-80 inches, with goats being taken off the ranch in years past going over 80+.
