Wayne Timber Tracts are located in southern Wayne County, GA. There are two separate tracts that are being sold together and both are loaded with pine plantation, and natural pine & hardwoods. They both have extensive road system throughout, making it easy to access all parts of the properties. The total acreage is 2397± acres with one tract being 1721± acres and the other is 676± acres.
