Slice Road

Escape to the peace and privacy of this beautiful 24-acre property conveniently located along paved Highway A, just 15 minutes from Sullivan and approximately one hour from St. Louis.
At the heart of the property is a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin with a loft and incredible views from the porch. Large windows fill the living area with natural light, while the vaulted ceiling creates an open, spacious feel. A wood-burning fireplace serves as the centerpiece of the living space, creating a warm and inviting place to relax.
The property feels much larger thanks to road access in multiple locations and seemingly endless trails winding throughout. The entire property is accessible and usable, making it easy to explore every acre and providing excellent access for deer hunting. A large open area offers additional space for camping and could also be used for horses or livestock.
A year-round flowing creek winds through the property, with an old road running alongside it. Additional improvements include a 23x25 detached garage with electricity and concrete floors, along with a detached one-room structure with electricity that was originally built as a children's playhouse. The smaller entry door would require modifications for adult use, but the space offers potential as a guest room, hobby room, or additional sleeping area.
This area offers endless opportunities for camping, hiking, hunting, ATV riding, and floating, with multiple State Parks, Conservation Areas, and public access to the Meramec River just minutes away.
With its convenient location, comfortable cabin, extensive trail system, year-round creek, and versatile acreage, this property offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while remaining within easy reach of Sullivan and St. Louis.
