From there, perhaps a short driveway going up or through the small bank on the left can be installed to one or several sites along the way to make way for homes or recreational dwellings. If this is true, access and electricity are both readily available, though well & septic system(s) would still be needed. The property is unrestricted with no set zoning. Use your own imagination on how you would develop it. The property rises steeply from the areas I've described into seemingly never-ending woods for what I expect might be great hunting grounds, with perhaps, some other real surprises and treasures yet to be found.
