Premier Bath NC Waterfront - 30 Acres On Two Creeks

This 30-acre farm is located on Bath Creek, with unbelievable views that will take your breath away. The property boasts over 3300 foot of waterfront on Bath Creek and Glebe Creek in Beaufort County, NC. This is a great property for a premier waterfront development in this quaint, small town. The property has high banks on the creek with beautiful, large hardwoods and open fields. This waterfront is on the South side of Bath Creek Bridge that allows for sailboat access. This is truly one of the prettiest undeveloped waterfront properties I have ever stepped on and has an unbelievable amount of potential.

Historical Bath, North Carolina:

Bath became North Carolina's first town in 1705 and is full of history. Bath was also a stop for Edward Teach, better known as the pirate "Blackbeard", on a regular basis. Bath is beautiful little Eastern NC town, which is full of charm and great people. The streets are quiet and there are many gorgeous waterfront homes in Bath and the surrounding areas.
