This 303+/- acres in located south of Pinetucky community, east of Marion in east Perry Co., AL and joins the National Forest and the Oakmulgee Wildlife Management Area. There are two parcels containing 223 +/- acres and a 80 +/- acres. The timber is mostly merchantable pine and hardwood timber. Access is good on gravel county road Wiles Bolden Rd. This area is excellent for hunting recreation and timber production.
