Premium Iowa & Minnesota Farmland Auction – Mark your calendar for Wednesday, December 2 through Friday, December 4, 2026. Peoples Company is honored to represent the sale of an exceptional portfolio consisting of 3,071.22± acres of farmland, including 2,955.78 high-quality FSA cropland acres, offered in 24 tracts across Worth and Mitchell Counties in Iowa and Mower and Faribault Counties in Minnesota. The farmland tracts will be offered at three separate live auctions and one online-only auction. At each live auction, the tracts offered will be sold through the "Buyer's Choice Auction Method" on a price-per-acre basis. The high bidder may take, in any order, any or all tracts offered for their high bid. "Buyer's Choice" auctioning will continue until all tracts have been purchased and removed from the auction. Tracts will not be offered in their entirety at the conclusion of the auction. The live auction will be available for viewing and bidding through our mobile bidding app for those who are unable to attend in-person.
