Stillmeadow Tract

Gorgeous property located in Pittsylvania County nearly bordering Henry County. This +/- 31.48 AC property is made up of two parcels, each with a new survey. There is plentiful frontage on Stillmeadow Road, along with a little forntage on Gammon Lake Road.

The setting of this land is stunning. There are westerly mountain views behind it and the neighboring farm pastures, with rolling hills, have to be seen in person to truly appreciate. You can spend hours on this property and likely count on one hand the number of cars that drive by.

The timber consists of mature hardwoods that have great timber & wildlife value. There is some natural pine interspersed, but hardwood dominates the overall stand composition. There is turkey & whitetail traffic on this property, evidenced by the amount of scratches & buck rubs throughout. Those species and more have plentiful hardwood mast to eat and a nice water source in Garrett Branch. This property has a ton of charm & character!
