Hunting Property Near Catahoula Lake

Location, location, location. This hunting property is EXTREMELY close to the famed Catahoula lake, which has long been regarded as one of the top waterfowl destinations, not only in Louisiana but the entire country. With a large 3- 4 acre section of the property being cleared and ready to plant, you can easily catch some of the ducks along their flyway to and from the lake! From this parcel, you will be less than 5 mins away from not only the Catahoula lake boat launch, but you also have THOUSANDS of acres of public land hunting with Dewey Wills almost right out your back door. With everything at your fingertips this close to you, you can have as much deer, duck, hog, and small game hunting as your family desires! As if that wasn't enough...the west end of the property backs up to French Fork Little River which is a bayou plenty big enough for boating, fishing, and any other year round recreational activity you'd like!! There is access to the property both from the main blacktop highway, and also from the levee road alone the cash of the property.

Approx half of the property was recently enrolled into a CRP program which will bring in $2,600 per year for the next 30 years. You can use that income to go towards any improvements you'd like to make, put it towards your note on the land, or anything else you'd need!
