2-parcel, 39.8-acre Mountain Holding With Development Potential

AUCTION: Bidder registration deadline: 3 November. Starting bids expected between $1.5M-$2.5M. Commanding a ridgeline high above Lake Arrowhead, this 39.8-acre holding spans two contiguous parcels with 360-degree views of lake, mountain, and distant desert. Nearly level clearings framed by mature pine and cedar rise to ridge-top vantage points where the panorama shifts from sunrise to sunset. A private water well, along with water and lake rights, distinguishes the acreage, and completion of a qualifying residence brings eligibility to purchase a Lake Arrowhead dock slip, subject to availability and association approval. County-maintained Cumberland Drive provides a direct route from Cedar Glen, keeping the village and lake close at hand. The scale invites a landmark private estate, a preserved mountain retreat, or a thoughtfully planned development, subject to approvals.
