Blue Hollow Farm Of Bossier Parish, +/-410 Acres

Blue Hollow is a 410-acre timber and recreational property in Bossier Parish, approximately 13 miles north of Interstate 20 and nine miles east of Benton at Midway. Its rolling upland pine stands give way to bottomland hardwoods, creating a varied landscape for hunting, fishing, and time outdoors.

The property was built over decades by Dr. Ronnie Bergeron, who began acquiring land here in 1981. In 2013, the Louisiana Forestry Association named him Louisiana Outstanding Tree Farmer for his management of Blue Hollow Farm. An article about the award described his hands-on work to improve wildlife habitat, care for the timber, and maintain the property for recreation.

That work included a road system, wildlife food plots, a pond stocked with bass and bream, and a pecan orchard. The article also described seasonal color from Dogwoods and Red Maples. Blue Hollow takes its name from the blue-tinted morning fog Dr. Bergeron once saw settling into a low area of a hardwood flat.

Offered at $4,750,000, Blue Hollow presents an opportunity to own a property shaped by more than 40 years of stewardship, with timber, wildlife habitat, and recreational appeal.
