The development is partially completed with approximately 280 homes built, and a golf course, clubhouse, tennis court, and maintenance facilities have been constructed. According to management, they have confirmed that additional utilities are available for future expansion nearby, but onsite facilities are not adequate. The development includes 76 remaining improved lots, 64 roughed lots, and approvals for an additional 930 lots, including 180 condos and 156 attached lots.
