477 Acres Pistachios

The two (2) contiguous parcels consisting of +/- 477. 63 assessed acres are located south of Alpaugh, CA and west of Delano, CA. APN# 330-010-002 was planted to Kerman pistachios in 2020. APN# 330-010-003 was planted to Golden Hill pistachios in 2014. All trees are UCB1 rootstock. The property is located in the Tule water basin, but is not in an irrigation district. There're two (2) water filtration pump stations on the properties. It is a single drip irrigation system but could be made Ito a double. There is one (1) recharge reservoir. In total there are three (3) 300 HP electric powered wells. The soil is silty clay loam.
