Arikara Trail

This beautiful piece of land has the perfect combination of rolling grassland and tree cover, with multiple building sites. Terrific snowcapped views of the Continental Divide and the Collegiate Peaks and wonderful southern exposure. The river front town of Hartsel is just 15 minutes to the north, but you have the feel of complete peace and quiet here. Trophy fishing on the "Dream Stream" on the South Platte River is just 20 minutes to the east and you are under 30 minutes to Eleven Mile, Spinney Mountain and Antero Reservoirs. Access to Pike National Forest is under 30 minutes as well. Breckenridge is 1 hour to the west.
