50 Acres, TROPHY RIDGE HUNT

50 acres up on top via the Trophy Ridge II Rd, are lots 88, 89, 99 and 100. A creek runs through lot 99. The lots are tree'd with some open spaces, some good soil, not all rock. Two small cedar cabins on lot 88 and a nice metal cabin on lot 99. This area is in the Jack Fork Mountains above Sardis Lake off SH 43. This property was used for serious hunting and memorable gatherings for friends and family. The hunt is whitetail deer, black bear and turkey. A short trip down the mountain for a good day of fishing. Sardis Lake is the most underused lake in Oklahoma. Trophy Ridge II Rd. is rough as it winds up the mountain. Once you're on top it gets better. Big 4x4 and wide tires! All the way to the top. Travel Indian Nations Turnpike or US 69 and exit off at SH 43, head east.
